He was extremely thorough in finding houses to show me. He went to look at houses on his own and would send virtual tours if I could not make it. He gave me unbiased tips and ideas in helping me narrow down my selection. He was extremely flexible and did a tremendous job overall in the house-buying process. Well done, and I will be coming back to him if I need to.

I have had the privilege of working with Greg as my realtor in purchasing my first house late last year and I can objectively say that that was one of the most pleasant experiences I ever had with a “sales person”. I did run into a few other realtors before him and Greg was by far of the most genuinely caring and highly committed realtor. He volunteered to assist me with some of the miscellaneous expenses (such as buyout of apartment rental-contract). His beautiful family and mine still remain friends to this day.
